Soma\u2019da y\u00fczlerce i\u015f\u00e7inin can\u0131na mal olan patlama bir kaza de\u011fil, yeterli i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi tedbiri al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6z g\u00f6re g\u00f6re gelen bir katliam, a\u00e7\u0131k bir i\u015f cinayetidir.<br \/>\n12 y\u0131ll\u0131k AKP iktidar\u0131 d\u00f6neminde i\u015f cinayetlerinde 12 bini a\u015fk\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7i ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirmi\u015ftir. Soma\u2019da ya\u015fanan katliam, bug\u00fcne kadar ya\u015fanan i\u015f cinayetlerinin en son ve en ac\u0131 halkas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Ba\u015fbakan\u2019\u0131n 19. y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki maden kazalar\u0131ndan \u00f6rnekler vermesi, maden i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n itiraf\u0131 niteli\u011findedir.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de her y\u0131l maden ocaklar\u0131nda onlarca i\u015f\u00e7i i\u015f cinayetine kurban gitmesine ra\u011fmen bug\u00fcne kadar ya\u015fanan \u00f6l\u00fcmler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f, g\u00f6stermelik denetimler yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, madenlerdeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 ile ilgili en temel sorunlar g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilerek, katliam gibi cinayete resmen davetiye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nSoma\u2019da ya\u015fanan i\u015f cinayetinin temel nedeni, y\u0131llard\u0131r b\u00fct\u00fcn itirazlara ra\u011fmen \u0131srarla hayata ge\u00e7irilen \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme ve ta\u015feron \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma sisteminin resmi devlet politikas\u0131 haline getirilmesidir. Bug\u00fcne kadar ya\u015fanan i\u015f\u00e7i cinayetlerinde oldu\u011fu gibi, son olarak Soma\u2019da meydana gelen katliam\u0131n sorumlusu g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131ran, i\u015f\u00e7i sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi tedbirleri almay\u0131 maliyet unsuru olarak g\u00f6ren patronlar ve AKP H\u00fck\u00fcmetidir.<br \/>\n29 Nisan\u2019da \u00fc\u00e7 muhalefet partisi Soma\u2019daki maden ocaklar\u0131n\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ortak \u00f6nerge vermi\u015f, ancak s\u00f6z konusu \u00f6nerge AKP taraf\u0131ndan reddedilmi\u015ftir.
