Bir taraftan halk\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerine eri\u015fimindeki olumsuzluklar derinle\u015firken \u00f6te yandan bu hizmeti sunan sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ilerine hayatlar\u0131 zindan edilmektedir. \u015eiddet, bask\u0131, kay\u0131rmac\u0131l\u0131k, ge\u00e7ici g\u00f6revlendirme ad\u0131yla esnek ve kurals\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma keyfiyet s\u00fcrmektedir. \u00d6zellikle ge\u00e7ici g\u00f6revlendirme ve ek n\u00f6bet uygulamalar\u0131 ile i\u015f \u015firazesinden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ma\u011fduriyeti had safhadad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130limizdeki Hastaneler ne yaz\u0131k ki hi\u00e7te iyi y\u00f6netilememektedir. Ger\u00e7ek amac\u0131n daha \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma, daha \u00e7ok para kazanmak olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, personel eksikli\u011fi, yeni birimler a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi iddialar \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
