Bug\u00fcn, ebe ve hem\u015fireler, hastanelerin ve di\u011fer t\u00fcm sa\u011fl\u0131k kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n temel direkleri olmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve ekonomik haklar bak\u0131m\u0131ndan ikincil konuma itilmi\u015flerdir.<br \/>\nSa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinde ve s\u00fcreklili\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir yeri olan ebe ve hem\u015fireler, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerinin ticarile\u015fmesi ve sa\u011fl\u0131k sisteminin bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme paralel olarak yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle \u00f6nemli sorunlar ya\u015famaktad\u0131rlar. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de halka sunulan sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetinin niteli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ebe ve hem\u015firelerin sorunlar\u0131 art\u0131k daha fazla g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilemeyecek bir noktaya gelmi\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6ncelikle, sa\u011fl\u0131kta d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm program\u0131 ile yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan g\u00fcvencesizlik sonucunda ayn\u0131 okulu bitiren, ayn\u0131 i\u015fi yapan, ayn\u0131 unvana sahip ki\u015filerin farkl\u0131 \u00f6zl\u00fck ve mali haklara sahip olmas\u0131 kesinlikle kabul edilir bir durum de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u015fin ger\u00e7ek kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz!<br \/>\nHizmet \u00fcretti\u011fimiz mek\u00e2nlar, genel olarak pek \u00e7ok bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 hastal\u0131k riskini ayn\u0131 anda bar\u0131nd\u0131ran, \u015fiddete u\u011frama ihtimalinin olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu, fiziksel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaktan uzak ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ciddi olarak tehdit eden mekanlard\u0131r. Uzun saatler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta, angarya ve insani s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcndeki n\u00f6betlere ra\u011fmen ayakta durmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u015f, \u00fcretti\u011fimiz hizmet kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda bizlere verilen \u00fccretler olduk\u00e7a yetersizdir. Performans sistemi ne adil ne de e\u015fitlik\u00e7idir. Ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm \u00fccretin emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131na yans\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz.<br \/>\nNeoliberal sa\u011fl\u0131k politikalar\u0131 sonucunda hem\u015firelerin hizmetleri ihale ile al\u0131nan sat\u0131lan hizmet haline gelmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\n2014 sonu itibariyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131 1 milyon 482 bin 690\u2019d\u0131r. Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere kamuya ait pek \u00e7ok kurumda ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131 giderek artmakta, ta\u015feron \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma yani g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma giderek yayg\u0131nla\u015fmaktad\u0131r. H\u00fck\u00fcmetin ta\u015feronu durdurmak ya da ta\u015feron sisteminden vazge\u00e7mek gibi bir derdi yoktur aksine hekim ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin de ta\u015feron \u015firketlerden kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in tasar\u0131lar haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 i\u015fi yapan, ayn\u0131 e\u011fitimi alan hatta ayn\u0131 okuldan mezun olan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, farkl\u0131 stat\u00fclerde ve giderek daha \u00e7ok ta\u015feron \u015firketler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya zorlanmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nSa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu y\u0131l sadece 5 bin hem\u015fire alacak!<br \/>\nSa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu y\u0131l sadece 5000 hem\u015fire alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmi\u015ftir. Hem\u015firelerin mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve i\u015f y\u00fckleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bu rakam ger\u00e7ek ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaktan olduk\u00e7a uzakt\u0131r. Hem\u015firelik okullar\u0131nda 80 bin civar\u0131nda hem\u015firelik \u00f6\u011frencisi bulunurken, bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hem\u015fire g\u00f6revlendirmelerinin say\u0131s\u0131 kesinlikle kabul edilir de\u011fildir.<br \/>\nHem\u015fireler y\u00f6netimlerde her d\u00fczeyde s\u00f6z sahibi olmal\u0131d\u0131r!<br \/>\nSa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Hem\u015firelik Hizmetleri Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve hem\u015firelerin ve hem\u015fireli\u011fin bakanl\u0131k d\u00fczeyinde sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ele alan herhangi bir merci kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra kamu hastane birlikleri yasas\u0131nda da hem\u015firelere ve onlar\u0131n temsilcilerine yer verilmemekte, pek \u00e7ok yasada ve d\u00fczenlemede hem\u015firelerden sa\u011fl\u0131k eleman\u0131 olarak bahsedilmektedir.<br \/>\nHem\u015fireler joker eleman de\u011fildir!<br \/>\nHem\u015fireler, \u201ckarma\u015f\u0131k ve ya\u015fam\u0131 tehdit edici sorunlar\u0131 olan hastalar\u0131n tan\u0131lamas\u0131n\u0131 yapmak, hastalar\u0131 s\u00fcrekli izlemek, nitelikli yo\u011fun bak\u0131m ve tedavi giri\u015fimleri uygulamak, hasta ve yak\u0131nlar\u0131 ile terap\u00f6tik ili\u015fki kurmak, koruyucu, iyile\u015ftirici ve rehabilite edici giri\u015fimleri uygulamaktan sorumlu sa\u011fl\u0131k personelidir\u201d. Hem\u015firelik kanunu, i\u015f ve meslek s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen yasalar pratikte i\u015flememekte ve pek \u00e7ok kurum ve alanda hem\u015firelerden sa\u011fl\u0131k sisteminin t\u00fcm bo\u015fluklar\u0131n\u0131 doldurmalar\u0131 t\u00fcm hatalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcslemeleri beklenmektedir. Hem\u015firelik tan\u0131ml\u0131 bir meslektir ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131, hem\u015firelerin verdi\u011fi hizmetin de\u011feri ve \u00f6nemi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak \u00e7izilmelidir.<br \/>\n\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131m\u0131z sadece bizim sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 de\u011fil hastalar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkilemektedir!<br \/>\nUzun s\u00fcreli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, performans bask\u0131s\u0131, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc, zaman bask\u0131s\u0131, zor ve gereksiz karma\u015f\u0131k g\u00f6revler, tehlikeli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortamlar\u0131, yetersiz dinlenme aralar\u0131 ve olduk\u00e7a k\u00f6t\u00fc i\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131 hem\u015firelerin en \u00f6nemli sorunlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.
