Bu sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan personel eksikli\u011finin g\u00fcvenceli-kadrolu istihdam politikas\u0131 ile giderilmesi olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Ancak h\u00fck\u00fcmet kamuda s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli ve ta\u015feron sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 uygulamas\u0131n\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmakta ve ebelerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131na ili\u015fkin sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zme konusunda en ufak bir ad\u0131m dahi atmamaktad\u0131r. Sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetinin sunumunda bu kadar \u00f6nemli yeri olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, kamu kurumlar\u0131nda yeterince kadro a\u00e7\u0131lmamas\u0131 ebelerin temel sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir. Vekil, 4\/C\u2019li istihdam edilen veya aile sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 merkezlerinde kamu d\u0131\u015f\u0131 aile sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 eleman\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ebe-hem\u015firelerin, kadro ve g\u00fcvence beklentisi 2016-2017 toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinde kar\u015f\u0131lanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7ilere kadro d\u00fczenlemesine ili\u015fkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda da bu stat\u00fclerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ebe\/hem\u015fireler kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. Bu kabul edilemez bir durumdur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ebeler hem kamuda hem de \u00f6zel sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131nda kendi i\u015f tan\u0131mlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka i\u015flerde de \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya zorlanmaktad\u0131r. Neoliberal sa\u011fl\u0131kta d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm program\u0131 ebelerin mesleki sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 daha da b\u00fcy\u00fctm\u00fc\u015f ve ebelik yard\u0131mc\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k eleman\u0131 alg\u0131s\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmeye ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Birinci basamak sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerinin aile hekimli\u011fi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda ticarile\u015ftirilmesiyle birlikte bu alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ebeler aile sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 eleman\u0131 olarak kodlanmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ebeli\u011fe ili\u015fkin mesleki alan angarya ile her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha da \u00e7ok i\u015fgal edilmektedir. Ebelik mesle\u011finin g\u00f6rev s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 belirsizle\u015ftirilerek ebelerin mesleki ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 yok edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ebeler; ASM ve TSM\u2019lerde i\u015f ve gelir g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi, yo\u011fun n\u00f6betler, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccret ve riskli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, hastanelerde de performans, neoliberal toplam kalite y\u00f6netimi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve emeklili\u011fe yans\u0131mayan ek \u00f6demeler ve eke \u00f6demelerin da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda adaletsizlik gibi sorunlar ile y\u00fczy\u00fczedir. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunan kurumlarda \u015fiddetin giderek t\u0131rmanmas\u0131 da ebelik mesle\u011finin \u201ca\u011f\u0131r ve tehlikeli i\u015fler\u201d kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ve derhal harekete ge\u00e7ilmesini gerektirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131nda neoliberal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren AKP H\u00fck\u00fcmetleri eliyle yarat\u0131lan bu tablo sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetinin her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bir ekip hizmeti oldu\u011funu yok sayan bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>SES olarak ebelere ve ebelik mesle\u011fine ili\u015fkin taleplerimiz:<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011furgan n\u00fcfus ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen ebe say\u0131s\u0131 mutlaka artt\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131 ve personel a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcvenceli-kadrolu istihdam ile giderilmelidir.<br \/>\nEbelik yasas\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak i\u015f tan\u0131m\u0131 mu\u011flakl\u0131ktan kurtar\u0131lmal\u0131 ve ebeler angarya i\u015flerle daha fazla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze b\u0131rak\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nEbelik mesle\u011fi a\u011f\u0131r ve tehlikeli i\u015fler kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nmal\u0131 ve ebeler adil bir bi\u00e7imde fiili hizmet s\u00fcresi zamm\u0131ndan faydaland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nEk \u00f6demeler emeklili\u011fe yans\u0131mal\u0131 ve adil bir bi\u00e7imde da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u0130\u015f yerlerimizde maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her t\u00fcrden riske kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcvenceli ve g\u00fcvenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u0130\u015fyerlerinde \u015fiddet ve taciz \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00f6nleyici uygulamalar yayg\u0131nla\u015fmal\u0131 ve hukuki yard\u0131mdan kadro durumuna bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n istisnas\u0131z t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar yararland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nHer i\u015f yerinde kre\u015f hizmeti sunulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n21-28 Nisan Ebeler Haftas\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, haklar\u0131 ve gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele eden t\u00fcm ebeleri kutluyor ve m\u00fccadeleyi birlikte daha da y\u00fckseltmeye davet ediyoruz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n pek \u00e7ok \u00fclkesinde ebeler, olduk\u00e7a iyi sosyal ve ekonomik haklarla mesleklerini y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcrken, \u00fclkemizde ise ebelerin a\u011f\u0131r i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc nedeniyle ebelerin sa\u011fl\u0131k, sosyal ya\u015fam ve i\u015f g\u00fcvencesine dair \u00f6nemli sorunlar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.
