Bu sorunlar\u0131 art\u0131k daha fazla g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilemeyecek bir noktaya gelmi\u015ftir. Sa\u011fl\u0131kta d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm denen y\u0131k\u0131m programlar\u0131 her alanda oldu\u011fu gibi hem\u015firelerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck tahribatlar yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan g\u00fcvencesizlik sonucu ayn\u0131 okulu bitiren, ayn\u0131 i\u015fi yapan, ayn\u0131 unvana sahip ki\u015filere farkl\u0131 \u00f6zl\u00fck ve mali haklar uygulanmaktad\u0131r. Bu kesinlikle kabul edilir bir durum de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Kamu hastaneleri, her y\u0131l artan hasta say\u0131s\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n yetersiz hem\u015fire kadrosu nedeniyle ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layamamaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan hem\u015fireler AB \u00fclkelerine g\u00f6re 4 kat daha yo\u011fun i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yo\u011fun i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, OHAL ve Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcndeki Kararnameler ile haks\u0131z ve hukuksuz olarak binlerce ebe hem\u015fire ve di\u011fer sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131n kamudan ihra\u00e7 edilmesiyle hem psikolojik hem de fizyolojik olarak i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc kat be kart artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yine sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131nda \u015fiddete en fazla maruz kalan kesim hem\u015firelerdir.<br \/>\n7 g\u00fcn 24 saat hizmet veren ba\u015fta hem\u015fireler olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ileri depresyon, anksiyete bozukluklar\u0131, t\u00fckenmi\u015flik sendromu ve fiziksel sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 ile y\u00fcz y\u00fczedir. Sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunulan t\u00fcm alanlarda hem\u015firelik mesle\u011finin \u201ca\u011f\u0131r ve tehlikeli i\u015fler\u201d kapsam\u0131na al\u0131narak derhal harekete ge\u00e7ilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>De\u011ferli Bas\u0131n Emek\u00e7ileri<br \/>\nBizler ebe ve hem\u015fireler olarak hem kamuda hem de \u00f6zel sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131nda kendi i\u015f tan\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka i\u015flerde de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya zorlan\u0131yoruz. Mesle\u011fimizin g\u00f6rev s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 belirsizle\u015ftirilerek mesleki ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yok edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Hem\u015fireler olarak; hastanelerde ve birinci basamak sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri alan\u0131nda i\u015f ve gelir g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi, uzun s\u00fcreli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, yo\u011fun n\u00f6betler, angarya, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccret ve riskli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, performans, , zor ve gereksiz karma\u015f\u0131k g\u00f6revler, yetersiz dinlenme aralar\u0131 toplam kalite y\u00f6netimi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve emeklili\u011fe yans\u0131mayan ek \u00f6demeler gibi sorunlar ile y\u00fcz y\u00fczeyiz. Bu tablo, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetinin her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bir ekip hizmeti oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fini yok sayan ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 metala\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr.
