G\u0131da harcamas\u0131 ile birlikte giyim, konut, ula\u015f\u0131m, e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve benzeri ihtiya\u00e7lar i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 zorunlu di\u011fer harcamalar\u0131n toplam tutar\u0131 ise 3 bin 470.42 TL oldu.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk-\u0130\u015f taraf\u0131ndan \u201cinsana yara\u015f\u0131r ge\u00e7im ko\u015fullar\u0131\u201d tutar\u0131n\u0131 hesaplamaya d\u00f6n\u00fck olarak yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n sonucuna g\u00f6re; d\u00f6rt ki\u015filik ailenin ya\u015fam maliyeti y\u0131l ba\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re 262 TL art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterirken, g\u0131da harcamas\u0131 tutar\u0131na on ay\u0131n sonunda gelen ek y\u00fck ise 80 TL oldu\u011fu vurguland\u0131.<br \/>\n\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n, haneye giren toplam gelirlerinin 2013 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle \u201cya\u015fam maliyeti\u201dndeki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n gerisinde kalmas\u0131 durumunda ge\u00e7im ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n bozulmakta oldu\u011fu belirtilen ara\u015ft\u0131rmada \u015funlar kaydedildi; \u201c\u00d6rne\u011fin Kas\u0131m 2013 itibariyle tek bir i\u015f\u00e7i i\u00e7in hesaplanan ya\u015fama maliyeti bin 172 TL&#8217;dir ve y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re 111 TL art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Oysa tek i\u015f\u00e7i i\u00e7in belirlenen asgari \u00fccret, y\u0131l i\u00e7inde iki kez artmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen sadece 64 TL art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.
