Haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran G\u00f6kce, \u015fimdilik 21 \u00e7ocu\u011fun kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla K\u0131br\u0131s \u015eehitleri Kur\u2019an kursunda ve 23 \u00e7ocu\u011fun kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla da M\u00fcminler Kur\u2019an kursunda uygulamaya ge\u00e7ildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6kce, \u201cProjeyle birlikte anneleri \u00fcst katta veya bir s\u0131n\u0131fta ders al\u0131rken \u00e7ocuklar da yan tarafta belletmenlerin elinde olacak. Bu belletmenler s\u0131navla se\u00e7ilecek\u201d dedi. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n e\u011fitimini ise \u0130lahiyat mezunu ve \u201cokul \u00f6ncesi \u00e7ocuklara bakabilme kabiliyeti olan sertifikal\u0131 hocalar\u201d\u0131n verece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen G\u00f6kce, \u201cB\u00f6ylece uzman hoca han\u0131mlar eliyle de in\u015fallah daha iyi yeti\u015fmi\u015f olacaklar. Projenin amac\u0131 bu\u201d diye belirtti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018ABDEST\u0130, \u0130SLAMIN \u015eARTINI \u00d6\u011eRET\u0130YORUZ\u2019<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcft\u00fc G\u00f6kce din e\u011fitimi ve \u00f6\u011fretiminin \u00f6ncelikli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia ederek, \u201cYani zaten o ya\u015fta \u00e7ocuk namazdan, ibadetten sorumlu de\u011fil. Hi\u00e7bir dini sorumlulu\u011fu s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fil\u201d derken, \u201c\u0130lahiler s\u00f6yleyerek \u00e7ocuklara e\u011fitim veren\u201d hocalardan Firdevs Din\u00e7, Kur\u2019an kursu hocas\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Din\u00e7, \u201cA\u00e7\u0131lan kurslarda \u00e7ocuklara dini e\u011fitim veriliyor. \u00c7ocuklara Kuran harflerini, dini bilgiler, \u015fark\u0131larla biraz abdesti, zekat\u0131, iman\u0131n \u015fart\u0131, \u0130slam\u0131n \u015fart\u0131 gibi bilgileri veriyoruz. \u00c7ocuklar burada \u00e7ok mutlular. Oyunlarla da bir \u015feyler \u00f6\u011freniyorlar. Oyunla birlikte dinlerini, Peygamberimizi, Allah\u2019\u0131 severek g\u00fczel bir e\u011fitim\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 bu kre\u015flere veren Kur\u2019an kursu \u00f6\u011frencisi kad\u0131nlar ise uygulamadan memnun olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yasemin Sar\u0131ta\u015f, Daha \u00f6nce Kur\u2019an kursuna gelemiyordum. Kre\u015f olunca benim i\u00e7in daha kolay oldu\u201d derken, k\u0131z\u0131 4.5 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Elif Reyyan Evran ile birlikte kursa gelen Tu\u011fba Evran, \u201cBen \u0130mam Hatip mezunuyum. Burada bilgilerimi yeniliyorum. \u00c7ocu\u011fum da a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da e\u011fitimini al\u0131yor\u201d diye belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>KESK: KAMUDAK\u0130 KRE\u015eLER KAPATILDI<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Canan \u00c7ala\u011fan (KESK Kad\u0131n Sekreteri):<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cMevcut cinsiyet\u00e7i i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden kaynakl\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm bak\u0131m y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri kad\u0131n\u0131n asli g\u00f6revleri olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. B\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131na oldu\u011fu gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131mda \u00f6nemli bir engel olu\u015fturuyor.<br \/>\nAKP iktidar\u0131 11 y\u0131ll\u0131k prati\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde uygulamalar\u0131 \u00fczerinden do\u011frudan kad\u0131n\u0131 bu geleneksel modelin rollerine hapseden, aile d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 reddeden, s\u00fcrekli 3-5 \u00e7ocuk diyerek kad\u0131nlar\u0131 sadece kutsal anneli\u011fe hapseden sosyal politikalar \u00fcretiyor.<br \/>\nBu kapsamda \u015fu an var olan kamudaki kre\u015flerin b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 kapat\u0131ld\u0131. Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir genelgeyle kre\u015fler dinlenme tesisi kapsam\u0131na al\u0131narak harcamalar\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131lmas\u0131na ve kapat\u0131lmas\u0131na gidildi. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6rde de \u00fcst \u00fcste kre\u015flerin b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 kapat\u0131ld\u0131. Mevcut olanlara eri\u015fim de son derece zor, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bunun i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli kriterleri yerine getirmeleri bekleniyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin hastanede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7ocu\u011funu kre\u015fe veremiyor.<br \/>\nBir tarafta da Kur\u2019an kurslar\u0131na giden kad\u0131nlara hizmet veren kre\u015flerin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ise AKP\u2019nin ideolojik normlar\u0131n\u0131 topluma yaymak i\u00e7in kre\u015fleri kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade edebiliriz.Bu kre\u015flerde bir boyutuyla kendi hedefledi\u011fi dindar nesilleri yeti\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in uygulamalar, di\u011fer taraftan da ba\u015fka bir ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor. \u0130nanmayan kad\u0131nlar, dinsel kimlik \u00fczerinden bu tip uygulamalar\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi, ba\u015fka ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k tiplerinin de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden oluyor.<br \/>\nBiz herkes i\u00e7in, e\u015f de\u011fer nitelikte, ula\u015f\u0131labilir, 7\/24 saat a\u00e7\u0131k, ana dilinde hizmet veren, ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan her yerde \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6nderebilece\u011fimiz kre\u015fler istiyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>D\u0130N\u0130 H\u0130ZMETLERE AYRILAN AYRICALIKLI KONUMU G\u00d6STER\u0130YOR<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kad\u0131n Eme\u011fi ve \u0130stihdam\u0131 Giri\u015fimi:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201c\u00d6ncelikle Diyanet\u2019in Kur\u2019an kurslar\u0131na kat\u0131lan kad\u0131nlardan gelen talepleri dikkate almas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli buluyoruz. Ancak alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmek istedi\u011fimiz noktalardan biri, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n b\u00f6yle bir talepte bulunmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakabilecekleri ucuz, kaliteli ve ula\u015f\u0131labilir kre\u015f ve g\u00fcnd\u00fcz bak\u0131mevi gibi olanaklar\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Di\u011fer taraftan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de din hizmetleri ile ilgili genel sorun, din hizmetlerinin sosyal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, psikolojik dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k veya di\u011fer toplumsal alanlarda bir ikame hizmet olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131; sosyal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmac\u0131ya, psikolo\u011fa ya da sosyolo\u011fa ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan alanlarda dini g\u00f6revlilerin istihdam edilmesidir.<br \/>\nBu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda son d\u00f6nemde kamuya ba\u011fl\u0131 kre\u015f say\u0131s\u0131ndaki h\u0131zl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fe kar\u015f\u0131n, bir kamu kurumu olarak Diyanet\u2019in, bunun tersi bir hamleye giri\u015fmi\u015f olmas\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de dini hizmetlere ayr\u0131lan ayr\u0131cal\u0131kl\u0131 konumu g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir mekanizma olarak savundu\u011fumuz i\u015fyeri ve mahalle kre\u015fleri, b\u00f6yle bir ilgi ile kar\u015f\u0131lanmad\u0131.<br \/>\n\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n S\u00fcnni dini e\u011fitim almas\u0131n\u0131 isteyen aileler i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli olanaklar, h\u00e2lihaz\u0131rda Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, Diyanet i\u00e7in acil ihtiyac\u0131n Diyanet b\u00fcnyesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara y\u00f6nelik bir kre\u015f hizmeti ve kuran kurslar\u0131na kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik uluslararas\u0131 standartlara uygun g\u00fcnd\u00fcz bak\u0131mevi olana\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>ASIL HEDEF KADINLAR<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prof. Dr. Serdar De\u011firmencio\u011flu:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201c\u0130lk bak\u0131\u015fta bu uygulama kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik bir hizmet olarak alg\u0131lanabilir. Ama \u201ckad\u0131n\u201d bile demekten \u00e7ekinen, \u2018uzman hoca han\u0131mlar\u2019 gibi s\u00f6zlere yer veren bir zihniyet s\u00f6z konusu.<br \/>\nBu uygulama, hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz, epeydir s\u00fcren bir \u00e7aban\u0131n; dinin ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131na sokulmas\u0131, yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00f6zellikle de olabildi\u011fince erken ya\u015fta \u00e7ocuklara a\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131n bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcft\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u00f6zleri de, yar\u0131m do\u011frular i\u00e7eriyor. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7ocuk bak\u0131m\u0131 hizmetine gereksinim duyduklar\u0131 do\u011fru. Ancak m\u00fcft\u00fc bu hizmetin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z ve yayg\u0131n olarak sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finden s\u00f6z etmiyor. Neden Kur\u2019an kursu i\u00e7in sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve ba\u015fka etkinlikler i\u00e7in sa\u011flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemiyor. Gayet a\u00e7\u0131k ki, bu hizmetin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkinlikler te\u015fvik edilen etkinlikler ve Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri bu hizmeti yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rarak kad\u0131nlar\u0131 belirli dini etkinliklere y\u00f6neltebilece\u011fini g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f durumda.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018ZORUNLU D\u0130N DERSLER\u0130 H\u00dcK\u00dcMETE YETMED\u0130\u2019<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cHaberde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne yer verilen kad\u0131nlar da \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na din \u00f6\u011fretildi\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorlar. \u2018Belletmen\u2019 kavram\u0131 bo\u015funa kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f. Diyanet \u0130\u015flerinin uygun g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir din anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ocuklara belletilmek isteniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu uygulama elbette ki, yanl\u0131\u015f. Art\u0131k zorunlu din dersleri yeterli g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fcyor. Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri \u015fu an iktidar\u0131n en etkin ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri. Bir tip \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n s\u00fcrekli olarak \u00e7ocuklara a\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 farkl\u0131 yollar deneniyor. Bisiklet gibi \u00f6d\u00fcller veriliyor, yaln\u0131zca \u00e7ocuklara odakl\u0131 haftalar d\u00fczenleniyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin 2012 yaz\u0131nda \u201cCamiler \u00c7ocuk A\u00e7acak\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131ld\u0131. Kur\u2019an kursu yeterince \u00e7ekici olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015fka etkinlikler de d\u00fczenleniyor ki, \u00e7ocuklar gelsin. \u00c7ocuklara y\u00f6nelik kampanyalar\u0131n etkili oldu\u011funu biliyorlar ve bu nedenle de bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar giderek artacak.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>PEDAGOJ\u0130K OLARAK DO\u011eRU MU?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PROF: Dr. Adnan G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cMilli e\u011fitim \u2018yap\u0131land\u0131rmac\u0131 e\u011fitimi\u2019 kabul ediyor, bu e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fer ya da norm y\u00fckleyemezsiniz, bir d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn, ideolojinin, dinlerin de\u011ferlerini ve yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ocuklara y\u00fckleyemeyiz, bunun kamunun devletin hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde yapmamas\u0131 gerek.<br \/>\n\u0130leriki ya\u015flarda bile okullardaki din e\u011fitiminden bahsederken bile dini e\u011fitimden s\u00f6z etmiyoruz, farkl\u0131 din ve d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin bilgilerinin aktar\u0131lmas\u0131ndan s\u00f6z ediyoruz. Bu \u015fu demektir, kre\u015f, okul, milli e\u011fitim ve diyanet ki\u015filerin do\u011frudan belli bir dine ba\u011flanmas\u0131yla ilgili kendini g\u00f6revli sayamaz. \u00c7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc bir \u015fekilde farkl\u0131 din ve de\u011ferlerin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc ve pedagojik ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n geli\u015fimine uygun bir \u015fekilde ileriki ya\u015flarda b\u00fct\u00fcn din ve mezheplere e\u015fit mesafe i\u00e7inde bunlar\u0131n bir miktar bilgisi tarafs\u0131z \u015fekilde bilgisi aktar\u0131labilir. \u00c7ocuklar ve gen\u00e7ler olgunla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a vicdan ve h\u00fcrriyeti i\u00e7inde neye inan\u0131p inanmayacaklar\u0131na, belli bir dine ba\u011flan\u0131p ba\u011flanmayacaklar\u0131na, belli bir mezhebin veya S\u00fcnnili\u011fin, itikat ve amelleriyle devam edip etmeyeceklerine kendileri karar verir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>KAMU KURUMU D\u0130N\u0130N TEMS\u0130LC\u0130S\u0130 OLAMAZ<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cHi\u00e7bir h\u00fck\u00fcmet, devlet kurumu veya okul veya \u00fcniversite bir dinin temsilcisi ve kurumu de\u011fildir, e\u011fer b\u00f6yle hareket ederse buna k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k denir, \u00f6n yarg\u0131 ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n en ba\u015fat kurumlar\u0131 haline gelir. Kald\u0131 ki cin, peri, uhrevilik gibi kavramlar \u00e7ocuk ya\u015ftaki gruplar i\u00e7in hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde uygun de\u011fildir. \u00c7ocuklar, daha somut d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce evresindeyken a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 soyut ve ger\u00e7eklikle ba\u011f\u0131 belirsiz olan birtak\u0131m kavramlar veya dini s\u00f6ylemlerin aktar\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n hem ruh d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 bozar, hem de ger\u00e7eklikle ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n kopmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n zihin ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce geli\u015fimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan dolay\u0131s\u0131yla edinecekleri ki\u015filik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hi\u00e7 uygun de\u011fildir.
