Son g\u00fcnlerde ilan edilen tedbirlerin yetersiz kalaca\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bilim insanlar\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli uyar\u0131larda bulunmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen as\u0131l at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lm\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde ilan edilen tedbirlerden birisi de mesai saatleriyle ilgili. Bunun ard\u0131 s\u0131ra illerde \u0130l H\u0131fz\u0131ss\u0131hha Kurulu\u2019nun kararlar\u0131yla kamuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma 10:00-16:00 aras\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Birka\u00e7 kurumla beraber sa\u011fl\u0131k kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu kararla beraber zaten son derece a\u011f\u0131r ko\u015fullarda, moralsiz ve yorgun olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ileri i\u00e7in adeta bir kez daha \u201cvurun abal\u0131ya\u201d denmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6teden berri s\u00f6yledi\u011fimiz gibi pandeminin y\u00fck\u00fc en ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ilerinin s\u0131rt\u0131na b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. En y\u00fcksek bula\u015f ve \u00f6l\u00fcm oran\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ileri aras\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn artan rakamlarla iki y\u00fcze yak\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7isi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015f, 50 bin civar\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7isi hastalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dcstelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artmakta, sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ilerinin maske, nitelikli koruyucu ekipman eksikli\u011fi, d\u00fczenli olarak PCR taramalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmamas\u0131, grip a\u015f\u0131s\u0131na ula\u015famama sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda; \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131nda gerileme de devam etmektedir. Sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ileri uzun s\u00fcredir t\u00fckendiklerini ifade etmektedir. Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu konuda herhangi bir ad\u0131m atmazken mesai d\u00fczenlemesi ile sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ilerinin ma\u011fduriyetini daha da artt\u0131rm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn bu d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131l\u0131rken sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7isinin en temel insan haklar\u0131 olan ya\u015fama hakk\u0131 ve dinlenme hakk\u0131 yok say\u0131lmakta, sahadaki personel eksikli\u011fi bu duruma gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6sterilmektedir. Bu gerek\u00e7elerle sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ilerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin k\u0131salt\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131 ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ge\u00e7ilmemesini kabul edilemez buluyoruz. \u015eunu unutmayal\u0131m; sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ilerinin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumun sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bir \u00f6n ko\u015fuldur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda son genelgeye ve \u0130l H\u0131fz\u0131ss\u0131hha Kurulu kararlar\u0131na g\u00f6re ma\u011fdur durumda kalan sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ilerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 fazla mesai say\u0131larak \u00fccretlendirilmeli veya izin vererek telafi edilmesi cihetine gidilmelidir. T\u00fcm Hastaneler, t\u00fcm sa\u011fl\u0131k kurumlar\u0131 ve Aile Hekimli\u011fi Birimleri\u2019nde ivedilikle d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ge\u00e7ilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r; atama bekleyen binlerce sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7isinin derhal kadrolu, g\u00fcvenceli atamas\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Haks\u0131z, hukuksuz \u015fekilde i\u015flerinden edilmi\u015f olan KHK\u2019l\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ileri i\u015flerine d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclmelidir. G\u00fcvenlik soru\u015fturmas\u0131 sebebiyle i\u015fe ba\u015flat\u0131lmayan sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ileri bir an \u00f6nce i\u015flerine ba\u015flat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.
