\u00d6\u011fle saatlerinde AKP Antalya \u0130l Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcnde toplanan i\u015f\u00e7iler, ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00f6viz ve att\u0131klar\u0131 sloganlarla AKP’yi protesto etti. Eylemde i\u015f\u00e7ilerden biri ayakkab\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p havaya kald\u0131rd\u0131. Yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc’nde ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7i stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 korumak amac\u0131yla, T\u00fcrkiye Yol-\u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lan davalar\u0131n 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde sonu\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. A\u00e7\u0131klamada, sonu\u00e7lanan bu davalara g\u00f6re ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7ilerin Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u015f\u00e7isi oldu\u011fu ve toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinden yararlanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin Yarg\u0131tay 9’uncu Hukuk Dairesi’nce onand\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Yarg\u0131tay karar\u0131na istinaden her bir i\u015f\u00e7inin kadroya ge\u00e7irilmesi gerekirken bu yarg\u0131 karar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00f6yle renildi:<\/p>\n

“Yarg\u0131 karar\u0131yla Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u015f\u00e7isi olduklar\u0131na karar verilen i\u015f\u00e7ilerin devletten alaca\u011f\u0131 bug\u00fcn 2 milyar TL’yi bulmakta olup, her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn katlanarak artmaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler kadroya atanmalar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu alacaktan mahkemede sulh yoluyla vazge\u00e7meye haz\u0131rd\u0131r.
