Bunun i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7 d\u00f6rt \u00f6\u011frencinin hocam\u0131zla hasta kontrol\u00fc yapmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Ancak biz bir hastan\u0131n \u00e7evresini 30 ki\u015fi sar\u0131yoruz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hasta korkuyor. Hastadan kendisine bakan 30 \u00e7ift g\u00f6z\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcnde soyunmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyorsunuz. Ben kendimi hastan\u0131n yerine koydu\u011fumda \u2018Ka\u00e7ar\u0131m herhalde\u2019 diyorum.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3 HOCA, 9 KADAVRA, 450 \u00d6\u011eRENC\u0130<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u0131p \u00f6\u011frencilerinin anatomi dersinde kadavra incelemesi gerekiyor. Duygu, bu derste olu\u015fan manzaray\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetliyor: \u201cMesela 450 \u00f6\u011frenci varsa \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00f6l\u00fcme ayr\u0131l\u0131yoruz. Her b\u00f6l\u00fcme 1 hoca d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor; 3 hoca, toplam 9 kadavra ve 450 \u00f6\u011frenci. Kimi kadavraya dokunuyor, kimi ders dinliyor, kimi dinlemiyor&#8230; Adeta bir trib\u00fcn olu\u015fuyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EN \u00c7OK HASTALAR ZARAR G\u00d6RECEK<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peki, bu \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda e\u011fitilen \u00f6\u011frenciler mezun olduklar\u0131nda ne olacak? Bunun iki sonucu var. Birincisini Duygu \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131yor: \u201cVerilen sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetinin kalitesi kesinlikle zay\u0131f olacak. \u015eu anki sistem zaten ortada; performans sistemiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir doktor g\u00fcnde 150-200 hasta bakmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Ama bu ko\u015fullarda mezun olan hekimlerin durumu daha da k\u00f6t\u00fc olacak. Bu durumdan en \u00e7ok hastalar zarar g\u00f6recek. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla oynan\u0131yor. \u015eiddet vakalar\u0131 daha artacak. Durum korkutucu\u2026 Ben bile kendimi hastalar\u0131n yerine koydu\u011fum zaman bu ko\u015fullarda yeti\u015fmi\u015f bir hekim arkada\u015f\u0131ma kendimi rahat\u00e7a emanet edebilir miyim, bilmiyorum.\u201d<br \/>\n\u0130kincisi ise \u201cBu kadar \u00e7ok hekim nas\u0131l istihdam edilecek?\u201d sorusu. TTB Merkez Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu \u00dcyesi H\u00fcseyin Demirdizen, \u201c\u0130\u015fsiz say\u0131s\u0131 artacak. \u00c7ok say\u0131da kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan olacak. G\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar da olacak\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>KO\u00c7 \u00dcN\u0130VERS\u0130TES\u0130NDE HASTAYA DOKUNAMAYINCA\u2026<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasta kontrol\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan sorunlar, alt yap\u0131s\u0131 olmayan t\u0131p fak\u00fcltelerine paralel olarak art\u0131yor. Nas\u0131l m\u0131? Yine \u00c7apa T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011frencisi Duygu Bilge\u2019den \u00f6\u011freniyoruz: \u201cKo\u00e7 \u00dcniversitesi, \u00fc\u00e7 d\u00f6rt y\u0131l \u00f6nce t\u0131p fak\u00fcltesi a\u00e7t\u0131. Ama orada \u00f6\u011frencileri hastaya dokundurtmuyorlar. Hasta para \u00f6d\u00fcyor \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc. E\u011fer \u00f6\u011frenci bir hata yaparsa burunlar\u0131ndan getireceklerini biliyorlar. Onun i\u00e7in Ko\u00e7 \u00dcniversitesi bizim genel cerrahi ana bilim dal\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f. \u00d6\u011frencileri getirip bizim okulumuzdaki hastalar\u0131n \u00fczerinde pratik yapt\u0131rd\u0131lar. Tabii bizim hastalar gariban oldu\u011fundan dokundurtuyorlar mecburen. Hatta daha sonra getirdikleri \u00f6\u011frenci ba\u015f\u0131na para vermeyi de teklif etmi\u015fler. Ancak dekanl\u0131k bunu engelledi.\u201d<br \/>\nDuygu ayr\u0131ca, yine alt yap\u0131 yetersizli\u011fi nedeniyle Rize\u2019de t\u0131p okuyanlar\u0131n e\u011fitim i\u00e7in Giresun\u2019a, Ankara\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7evre illerinde bulunan \u00f6\u011frencilerin de Hacettepe\u2019ye gitti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>HASTALANIRSAK K\u0130ME G\u0130DECE\u011e\u0130Z?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130kinci adresimiz ise bu \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda e\u011fitim vermek zorunda kalan hocalardan Prof. Dr. Tun\u00e7alp Demir. Hastalar\u0131 olmayan b\u00f6l\u00fcmler var\u201d diyor.<br \/>\nDemir\u2019in dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fi di\u011fer nokta \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131: \u201cElbette \u00f6\u011frencilerde su\u00e7 bulmuyoruz, onlar hekim olmak i\u00e7in tercih ediyorlar. Ama her sene \u00fcniversitelere ne kadar \u00f6\u011frenci alabileceklerini sorarlar. Cerrahpa\u015fa ve \u00c7apa\u2019da emirle, s\u00f6ylenen say\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrekli fazlas\u0131 dayat\u0131l\u0131yor.\u201d<br \/>\nDemir, ya\u015fanan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne ili\u015fkin ise \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor: \u201cSa\u011fl\u0131k politikalar\u0131na ticari a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131yorlar. Nitelik de\u011fil nicelik \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.
