Bunlar\u0131n sonucunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan i\u015f ve gelir g\u00fcvencesinin kaybolmas\u0131n\u0131n temel sorun oldu\u011fu konusunda hemfikirdiler.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra sa\u011fl\u0131k emek\u00e7ilerinin hak ve talepleri i\u00e7in \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme sendikal haklar\u0131n\u0131n tam anlam\u0131yla hayata ge\u00e7irmelerinde \u00f6nemli sorunlar ve engeller devam etmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sendikal haklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmas\u0131na, kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcr iradelerine uygun sendikay\u0131 se\u00e7mesinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a engeller \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmakta y\u00f6neticilerin tarafs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda ciddi kayg\u0131lar ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Performans sistemi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131ndaki i\u015f bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bozmu\u015f, etik sorunlar alabildi\u011fince artm\u0131\u015f, hastaneler art\u0131k sadece daha \u00e7ok kar edebilmek ad\u0131na etik ve bilimsel kayg\u0131lar\u0131 unutmu\u015f\u00a0 \u2018\u2019m\u00fc\u015fteri\u2019\u2019 memnuniyetine odaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Bu sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc konusunda sendikam\u0131z ba\u015ftan beri \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerilerini dile getirmektedir. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in i\u015f gelir ve gelecek g\u00fcvencesinin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131, sendikal haklar\u0131n tam olarak sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131, insanca \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00f6netime kat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131, herkese e\u015fit \u00fccretsiz nitelikli kamusal hizmet veren hastaneler yaratmakla ba\u015flayacakt\u0131r.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Bu ama\u00e7la ivedilikle;<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Performans sistemi kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131, temel maa\u015flar artt\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131, emeklili\u011fe yans\u0131mal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Hastanede t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar kadroya al\u0131nmal\u0131, \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmi\u015f birimler kamula\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131, oralarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda hastaneye kadrolu al\u0131narak ma\u011fduriyetleri giderilmelidir.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Ta\u015feron \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yasaklanmal\u0131 t\u00fcm ta\u015feronlar kadroya al\u0131nmal\u0131 ve hak kay\u0131plar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><b>YUNUS EMRE DEVLET HASTANES\u0130<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>1.Poliklinik hem\u015firelerinin hi\u00e7bir \u00f6n haz\u0131rl\u0131k yap\u0131lmadan bilimsel kriterler olu\u015fturmadan, gerekli e\u011fitimler verilmeden ba\u015fka polikliniklerde veya servislerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 n\u00f6bet tutturulmas\u0131 do\u011fru bir yakla\u015f\u0131m de\u011fildir.Bu uygulama sonland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>Yo\u011fun saatlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan poliklinik hem\u015firelerinin,\u00a0 say\u0131ca yetersiz, fiziki \u015fartlar\u0131 iyile\u015ftirilmemi\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortamlar\u0131nda, ba\u015fka poliklinik ve servislerin de hizmetine verilerek bran\u015fla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. Tamamen yabanc\u0131s\u0131 olduklar\u0131 o zamana kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 birimlerden farkl\u0131 servislerde hi\u00e7bir \u00f6n haz\u0131rl\u0131k ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapmadan direkt n\u00f6bete al\u0131nan hem\u015fireler ister istemez d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck verimle tuttuklar\u0131 n\u00f6betlerle hem di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131 hem de \u00f6zellikle hastalar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>2.Bir poliklinik hem\u015firesinin kendi as\u0131l biriminin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, hem EKG de, hem Kan Almada, hem G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme Merkezinde, hem enjeksiyon n\u00f6betinde, hem de servislerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma mevzuat\u0131na uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi insanide de\u011fildir.Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fekli sonland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>Bu d\u00fcped\u00fcz esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma uygulamas\u0131d\u0131r.Az personelle \u00e7ok i\u015f yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ticari kurumlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ahlak\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Sosyal devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde kabul edemeyece\u011fimiz bu uygulamalar ayn\u0131 zamanda al\u0131nan \u00fccretlerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve rakamlar\u0131 gittik\u00e7e a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekilen kimi zaman ise hi\u00e7 \u00f6denmeyen ek \u00f6demeler noktas\u0131nda k\u00f6leci anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>3.Yard\u0131mc\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda an\u0131lan hem\u015fire ve sa\u011fl\u0131k memurlar\u0131 yeterli giyinme odas\u0131 dolap ve tuvalet ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacaklar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131ndan yoksun olarak mesleki de\u011fersizle\u015ftirme ve mobing uygulamalar\u0131na teslim edilmi\u015flerdir. Buna ayr\u0131ca hastanemiz yemekhanesinde uygulanan doktor ve di\u011fer sa\u011fl\u0131k personellerinin farkl\u0131 yerlerde ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 yemek yemesi de a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u00f6rnektir.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>Hastanemizde ayr\u0131mc\u0131 uygulamalar sonland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131 t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara e\u015fit ko\u015fullarda yakla\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131 ayr\u0131 yemekhane ay\u0131b\u0131 \u00f6ncelikle sonland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Dinlenme odalar\u0131 tuvaletler elbise dolaplar\u0131 vb gibi temel ihtiya\u00e7lar iyile\u015ftirilmelidir.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>4.A\u011f\u0131r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 alt\u0131nda ruh ve beden sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 yitiren hem\u015firelerin ald\u0131klar\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k raporlar\u0131na uygun ko\u015fullarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131 da ba\u015fka bir sorunu g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>Ruh ve beden sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131 hi\u00e7e say\u0131larak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan hem\u015fireler kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015f yerlerinde muayene olmak i\u00e7in bile pek \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015famaktad\u0131rlar. Hi\u00e7bir \u00f6ncelikleri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi hastal\u0131k ve sorunlar\u0131 oldu\u011fu zamanda da d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir tedavi, rapor ve iyile\u015fme s\u00fcrecinden mahrum b\u0131rak\u0131larak mesle\u011fe k\u00fcst\u00fcr\u00fclmektedirler.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>5.\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma veriminin, i\u015f bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ve nitelikli personel beklentisinin en a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lara \u00e7ekildi\u011fi bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sisteminin getirdi\u011fi sorunlar idari birimler taraf\u0131ndan benzeri g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f bir kay\u0131ts\u0131zl\u0131k \u00f6rne\u011fi ile kar\u015f\u0131lanmaktad\u0131r.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>Hakarete s\u00f6zl\u00fc ve fiziki sald\u0131r\u0131ya a\u00e7\u0131k halde tutulan hem\u015firelerden beklentilerin ard\u0131 arkas\u0131 kesilmemektedir. Bunca sorun i\u00e7inde bir de doktor ve hasta talepleri aras\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131\u015fan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sorunlar\u0131na bir an \u00f6nce \u00e7are bulunmas\u0131 elzem haline gelmi\u015ftir.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><b>ESK\u0130\u015eEH\u0130R DEVLET HASTANES\u0130<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>1.\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyeti ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lm\u0131yor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyetine \u00f6nem verilmiyor<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>2.Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u00a0 fikirleri al\u0131nm\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi \u00f6nemsenmiyor<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>3.G\u00f6rev tan\u0131mlar\u0131 net de\u011fil.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>Hem\u015fireler bak\u0131m hizmetlerinden \u00e7ok evrak yaz\u0131 i\u015fleriyle u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yor. Ameliyat defterlerini hem\u015fireler i\u015fliyor, taburcu i\u015flemlerini hem\u015fireler yap\u0131yor<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>4.Eczaneyle ilgili s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar var.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>Eleman say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok fazla olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen ila\u00e7lar ge\u00e7 haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor.
