Tabi malum haber b\u00fcy\u00fck sevin\u00e7 nidalar\u0131yla s\u00fcslenmi\u015f. Oysa biz \u015fehir hastanelerin ne demek oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Hatta bu konuda TTB nin a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu davarla ile y\u00fcr\u00fctme durdurulmu\u015f. Hastane ihaleleri iptal edilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eehir Hastaneleri denen, bir y\u00f6n\u00fcyle Kamu-\u00d6zel ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile yap\u0131lan bu hastanelerin asl\u0131nda tam bir \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme pe\u015fke\u015f \u00e7ekme oldu\u011fu devletin b\u00fcy\u00fck zararlara u\u011frat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir model oldu\u011fu uzunca s\u00fcredir konu\u015fuluyor. S\u00f6z konusu hastanelerin \u00e7ok uzun s\u00fcreli\u011fine hastaneyi yapan \u015firkete verilece\u011fi buralar\u0131n her t\u00fcrl\u00fc i\u015fletmesinin bu hastaneye devredilece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara daha \u00e7ok s\u00f6zle\u015fmelilik g\u00fcvencesizlik angarya, esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma dayat\u0131l\u0131rken \u015firket sahiplerine doluluk garantisi kar etme garantisi veriliyor. Bunu da idareciler b\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00fcjde e\u015fli\u011finde veriyor.
